Hey I'm an East coast skier from New York and this winter I have a trip to Steamboat and I'm really looking to forward to. What are the things to go and search for at Steamboat? Im an avid park skier but love skiing just about anything. Thanks NS community.

Went to steamboat last year for the first time as my cusins live there, the park is kinda shitty and if you go before early january, big park isnt built but for what they had not bad, pioneer ridge gpcan be sick depending, closets and shadows are fun, north st pats and east face are awesome too. Christmas tree bowl is funif loaded. Chutes can be pretty eh. If you ski the harder stuff it can be fun, just ask locals and stuff.
Also, it nukes at times snowed 70" when I was there for a week last year which was epic

Not a huge park mountain really. Although I saw over the summer that the rails are all repainted/rebuilt to look nice, so maybe (hopefully) they'll focus on that a bit. Go ski powder when in Steamboat. Preferably through one of the plethoras of nice Aspen groves all over the mountain. On a long/full day a rosti at the T Bar is always incredibly rewarding. And (as others have mentioned) so is the Strawberry Park Hot Springs. Just explore the mountain and have fun, don't go out of bounds without someone who has knowledge of the area.

Strawberry hot springs is dope, you'll need a car w/ snow tires and maybe 4wd to get there in the winter though
All times are Eastern (-5)
