I need help for buying skis

So im trying to find a new pair of skis for the upcoming season and any kind of advice or suggestions would be really helpful.

I want the ski to be playful, soft flex, light or fairly light cause i like to jib and buttet etc rather than going big. I've been wanting to purchase armada b-dogs but i'm kind of scared to do the transition from my ninthward e-dollos (155cm) to 172 cm b-dogs as im really short myself (5'5).

So yeah any suggestions wud be nice

Also ski would preferably have early rise

The new b dogs come in a 165cm (perfect for your height). Phil had the entire ski redesigned for this season and sounds almost exactly what you are looking for. Softer, playful, durable, and from what some of buddies tell me it's a complete 180 in the right direction from the last design. Hope this helps

Yo, BDogs are probably the perfect ski you want, if you're still slightly growing, a 172cm is he way to go imo, you'll get a more solid platform to work with. Theres also the 165? to work with as well. I went to a 148 to a 168 in a season and it took really only a few days, mostly the weight difference. It feels really nice to have that extra length for rails and stability imo.

Ight thanks! Also so i've heard that they come in 165 but i live in finland and i've only seen 172 and 178?s so far and can't rlly order from us either cus the taxes are like 90€ but yeah i guess i'll buy the long ones

You won't regret it. Pack on some weight if you have trouble with swing weight. Honestly, I could barely hit a rail the first day i hopped on my 168s. After like 2-3, i actually liked it way more than my short skis, more stability, more of a ski to work with in general. I still have them, though they are falling apart, and are now mid forehead and they fell small on me. I got them around you're height and they felt perfect. You're 172s won't feel much different than the 168s for me.
