New Goggles

I just got a pair of Spy Bravos for this season. East coast sometimes has you skiing under lights, so I went with interchangeable lenses. Was the first goggle with interchangeable lenses that didn't feel like a piece of crap.

I have the I/O7 and I love em, best goggles I've ever owned, super comfy and never fog. also super easy to change lenses for fog days. I had the I/O previously but thought they were a bit small for my taste.

This. Spy Bravos or Dooms. The difference between the two is that the bravos have a slightly shorter field of view but that being said, its still fairly wide. I personally own bravos and have three lenses for them for different conditions. The easy lens change system allows you to change lenses on the fly and i find it easier to clean them when they're off the goggle. If you sign up for hookit.com (idk if its still even there) and post a few pics, you'll get 50% off spy for a year so the bravos are only about 100 bucks brand new with Spy's happy lens.

Ordered a pair of custom goggles from a small company called "Glade" for around $80. I recommend them.

I've tried Spy Happy lenses (Ace and Doom), Smith ChromaPop lenses (I/O7), Dragon (NFX) and Anon (M3), and while they're all good goggles and lenses, nothing really compares to Oakley Prizm. I have the Canopy's and O2 XL and the Prizm Rose lens is easily the best low light lens I've ever used; while my buddies were struggling to see in flat light, I could quite easily all the details in the snow. I've also used the Jade Prizm and Sapphire Prizm and they are also phenomenal lenses. As for the Canopy goggles themselves, they are very good quality and fit my face very well, and I've never had problems with fogging.

These are just from personal experience, but after using Oakley and being able to compare Oakley to other brands, I don't think I'll ever switch goggle brands.

Dang, good review. Thanks. Seems like every company has their own dumb marketing spin on their lens (happy lens, chromapop, prizm), nice to hear from somebody who has used them all.

How about changing out lenses with your canopy? tough at all?

Sometimes it can be a pain in the ass, but it's like most goggles; just peel the frame and away and throw the other lens in. Definitely not as easy as the dooms or some smith goggles.
