Where is this "Edit" button for threads though? I've never been able to find it/ have also never asked.

There's pretty strict rules on how much you can edit your own threads / own posts. This was heavily requested by the community. You can do it more in B/S/T. When we were adding the feature, most people like the fact that on Newschoolers you have to commit to what you posted.

Mods can use it to clean up threads in a situation like this where an otherwise good topic just had a missed embed in it.
