Replying to HG transfers vs. ON3P Magnus
For a late graduation present, it looks like Im getting skis and I was set on the Transfers until a few hours ago. I don't follow skiing in the summer for various reasons, so I never heard much about the Magnus except that they were replacing the FR's and that Magnus loves them.
For anyone who has used them from riders under each company to people getting to handflex them etc. what are some noticeable things that the info page online doesn't explain/justify well?
Im in Burlington for college so I have a bias to HG's on top of owning a previous pair and loving them, but I have always wanted a low 90 waist ski with some decent rocker that trucks and I've never really given ON3P's a fair chance.
70/30 park-all mountain but I will shred mountain on anything
150lbs
5'11"
I love buttering and ski 90% rails but I dont like a noodle for a ski
type 3+ all that good shit
price is also a consideration since I blow through multiple pairs of skis a year which is why I am leaning more towards HG's.
