Replying to University of Washington Vs University of Utah Vs Colorado Boulder

Im a senior in highschool and I have pretty muched narrowed my colleges to these three. I have visted both Washinton and Utah and I loved both of them. I plan on visiting Colorado soon. If you know anything about these schools let me know. Give me the pros and cons/ dirty secrets/ clean secrets etc. Also my biggest question is: Is it true that the party scene at UofU sucks because of all the mormons/ strict laws on liquor?
