They call it marijuana. It's crazy man. I drive a few blocks down the street and go inside a store and walk out with a fire 1/8 for $30 after tax. They even put it in smell proof jars for me. Crazy!!!

Ha, so I'm just guessing here... But "a cut" is probably derived from the more common term "a slice". Which would be hilarious because a slice comes from a pizza having 8 slices. Like some middle schooler overheard his older brother say slice, assumed the wrong meaning and started using a cut to be a lil more fresh with the lingo.
