It all depends on your experience in filming. If you really just want something that isn't break the bank expensive, durable, waterproof and take decent videos you'll be fine. Learn how to actually film and you can make just about any camera look good. To sum it up how you use your camera is more important than the camera itself and if you're just getting started and need something that fits in your pocket and can take some average videos of your friends, I say go for it.
