ForcilloNot necessarily, the dof is shallower and low light is typically better but it's not an objectively better image. If it were then all the high end cinema cameras would be ff and never super 35
Also bigger sensor usually means a slower rolling shutter readout for video.
Full Frame is cool if you want that super shallow look for more narrative/commercial stuff. But I think for shooting skiing or other action sports M43 is a pretty ideal format. DOF is shallow enough for when you need that look, but the lenses are way smaller and cheaper, and its easier to get a good deep stop for when pulling focus is basically impossible.
Plus, if you really need that super shallow FF look, just get a speedbooster. Don't they make one that puts you at like a 1.3x crop now?
