Jacket is 31" from shoulder to bottom of zipper. somewhat of a slim fit although i'm very skinny so it doesn't look like it. In 10/10 condition. Not sure what the specs are but it is a pretty waterproof shell. Lots of pockets including 2 inner pockets. $45 OBO
