Uploaded video (via youtube link) but never asked me to select catagory and doesn't show up in "videos".

As the title says, it shows up in my videos, and says it was published, but does not show up in "latest videos" and I can't find anywhere to select the category of the video, just tags for it. What am I missing?

Tags = categorys now. Just select a tag and itll show up.

It *should* show up in latest without a tag though, and when I checked yesterday this video wasn't in there.

Yea, I'm not seeing it on latest or any other tag I selected.
