Does anyone know if booster straps actually stiffen the flex of your boot?
and if not, does anyone have any pro-tips on how to stiffen your boots without buying new ones

onenerdykidDepends on the boot... what year, make, and model do you have?

this is my boot
onenerdykidYes- your local boot-fitter should be able to screw the cuff to the lower shell to increase the stiffness of the boot by at least 20-25%. (This is what is done on all high end overlap boots). This will be a noticeable jump in stiffness so make sure you talk it over with your boot-fitter to make sure it is suitable for you.
stinky_peteso just curious, why will i need to take them into a boot fitter to get them put on? aren't you supposed to put them on yourself fairly easily

cadevisI have atomic prime 120s from this year, think its worth it?
SessionThere is a reason why pretty every ski boot manufacturer is jumping on the booster style strap now that the patent has expired.
cadevisdidn't know the patent expired, most likely going to be very man cheaper options for a similar item soon
