Replying to They stole my board, legal weed and a stack of money

I was skating down a one way road to the bank and this cop pulls me over saying im ridiculouse cruising across lanes (there was no trafic) and breaking the law. I told him that other officers told me to not skate on the side walk and use the road so i told him he wasnt making any sense and told him to tell me what then law actually was because ive never been stopped like that.

The dude flips the lights on sits me down says i smell like weed goes through my bag and takes my ounce weighs it in the bag so its 32 grams and searches my pockets takes out a wad of hundreds my slumlord landlord owed me or i was taking him to court for much more. The cop cuffs me up takes me in and i have to go to court for some posession thing and i bought the bag from a store... The cop was such a dickhead they usually arent like that. It was the money that made them trip out and its offensive of them thinking that i cant make that money just because im riding a board around.

I have the legal recipt of my weed purchase at my house the idiot doesnt know how to use a scale and weigh the weed. Plastic isnt the bud weight.

Will i be able to get my stuff back? The cop said, " yeah right how did you get this? The weed isnt sealed, We are taking the money, the weed and you downtown."

Should i talk to my school about getting a lawyer? Why do they do this? Weed was leaglized here for a god damn reason.
