which do you like better? I find ae clothes fit more normally than a&f, but anf has better styles and fashions and stuff. the price is cheaper if you go to ae too, and they have awesome shoes. but a&f did have the furious cow shirt! what do you guys think. and if you're just gonna bash on this thread then don't post because I don't care how much you hate preppy's.

umm af used to have the sickest pants and shorts and stuff(the kaki cargos) but now i like ae more because you can find really good deals on there clothes and they all are comfortable

i prefer salvation army and getting ae and af shirts for 4 dollars. And really really sweet t shirts for a dollar or two. But to the topic, defintely AE. I never shop at A+F cause I think its a huge waste of money, and most of the shirts are lame. AE is a lot more layed(laid?) back and i think it has cooler stuff too. A+F always has stupid shirts wiht noncomical slogans. If you want t shirts wiht hilarious slogans, go to salvo and you can save $25

Oh i can definitely afford to shop at those stores, but the idea of spending that much money on a t shirt is just stupid to me. I mean why would you spend upwards of 30 dollars on a single shirt? Plus it might not be all of my money and i dont like spending my parents money like that. Salvation army defintely has the best clothing though, Ive gotten some of the best shirts i own there. One says 'still perfect after 50 years.' So hot right now. But i do like when i get an AE shirt for birthday or something

well i shop at value village for shirts too. sometimes you can find the coolest stuff there. but i like preppy clothes too. AE jeans are way more laid back than a&f though and much more comfortable

Neither. I walked by Abercrombie and Fitch at our mall and saw some jeans with some big rips up and down the legs, and those fucken jeans we're 100.00 american. That is RIDICULOUS. I'll buy my own 20 dollar jeans from Marshalls and fall off my bike a few times, and save myself 80 dollars. But then again, what kind of queer wants ripped jeans.

AF and AE are not preppy clothes. They are the farthest thing from preppy I can imagine, well that me take that back FUBU is the farthest thing from preppy but... Preppy clothes do not come in and out of style. They do not say stupid shit on the front like 'Kevin's Bowling We Love Banging Balls'. Then there is hollister. i cant stand af because there shirts are so damn small. i wear a large everywhere else but i saw this sweet af shirt that had a picture of michigan on it and said talk to the hand, they had to whip out the XXXL so it would cover halfway down my arms

ae sucks, i've never liked them much. it's just cheap looking, you might as well pay another ten or fifteen bucks and get a better looking thing from af. i don't really wear either much anymore though. af has some good pants, that's about it.

well, heres how i see it, i went in to anf the other day with one of my friends while she was shopping and she convinced me to try on some of their pants, i realy wasnt doing anything, so i did. they fit realy nice and all but theres just something in my mind that bothers me when i am payin 70 or 80 bucks for a pair of jeans that look like they have been worn a million times, dont get me wrong i like the vintage look but its just not my style. i also tried on the new ezra jeans and was very impressed with them, i liked how they fit, i would have bought them for maybe 70 bucks, but there was no way that i was going to pay 120$ for one pair of pants, i guess its all in the eye of the beholder. for now i will stick to my 45-50$ volcom and oakley pants, they suit me just fine, if anf wasnt so expensive i would def. shop there.

and on a side note, i thought that the button up shirts that anf had out were extremely nice, but i was not willing to pay 70$ for one, angain, if it were cheaper i would have bought it.
