University of Innsbruck?

Wondering if there are any Austria Ns'ers out there or more specifically Innsbruck Im only a sophomore in high school right now but have been looking into Innsbruck and was wondering if anyone had any inside recommendations/advice/information. It seems like a good school, nice campus, good city, fairly close to a few ski resorts. Looking at taking a trip there Next year to see it if anyone is there and wanted to show me around or take a lap if anywhere is open that would be great.

I've lived in Germany for about two years now and I can definitely say it's one of the best things that has happened to me.

Opens your eyes quite a bit, great travel, most bang for your buck traveling while living here.

Skiing is obviously awesome and ski way of life here is as well.

I don't have any solid advice on the school or going to school in general over here (not that any of the 12 y/o tools posting in this thread do either) but it's definitely something worth looking into via FB. I guarantee there is a page with North Americans considering the trip over for school and having questions answered by those that have.
Already having a degree my recommendation would be to attain at least your bachelors in the US because you're never going to be told "We don't take foreign degrees 'round these parts" and after you have that US bachelors I've heard it's very easy to get into masters programs and shit like that over here. Many of the people I work with have spouses that have enrolled in fantastic world renowned programs over here which carry over to the states and they were told that a major reason for getting in was that US degree they showed up with.

Oh and it's pricy to live over here if no one has told you yet. Think being a west coast ski bum and then multiply it by ten.

Take a trip over here while in HS, meet cool people, shred, make plans to come see these people in the future and then you will have a basis and have saved a shit ton of money opposed to coming over here blind on a whim.

Ha I feel that my resort opens on the 24th so I'll be holding it down in Idaho but I'll let you know if it make it around I always thought you were from the us or Canada?

yep. do u know where ican get my skis mounted? im skiing in austrai in 2 weeks and no shops can mount my skis... ive only tried amberg but still.. im starting to get sketched out
