Indoor Dryslope & Trampolines in Vaughan, Ont

Newschoolers,

we just wanted to reach out and share what we've been working on for the past 3 years.

Together our team built Canada's first Indoor Dryslope Freestyle Progression Park.
Our goal was to create a place for all riders, of all skill levels to come together to progress together.

We have a Dryslope that is 17 ft tall, 100 ft long 40 ft wide.
Three 7x14 + a 10x10 square olympic style trampolines along a 20 ft square foam pit.

Hi VinnieF, just wanted to share that we indeed did our research into business names and we made sure not to step on any toes. We are officially known & registered as Axis Freestyle.

The cost? They're currently charging 20 bucks for 2 hours. How much do you pay for a day ticket? 60? And probably really ski for 4 maybe 5 hours? That makes this cheaper.

Plus building this facility/ running it definitely isnt cheap relative to the reach of clientele it hits compared a ski resort

I'm seeing 30/2 hours if you buy 10 hours at a time. Which would be a Whistler priced lift ticket. I think that's expensive. But then again, this past year I was mostly doing $15 for 6 hours of night skiing.

fair enough. I think they are running test sessions right now which might be a bit cheaper. Even still you can buy multi pack books to bring the price back down.

I just think the pricing is exactly around the range you'd expect for skiing/snowboarding, and its made nice by the fact that you can buy it in two hour sessions instead of having to pay for a full day ticket, because to be honest i don't know that id always want to ride dryslope for a full day, but 2 hours is sweet

they also have a lot of overhead and investment costs they're currently trying to cover currently, and i think it was smart of them to institute a reasonable pricing structure as hopefully itll keep people coming back over the long run and make it a sustainable business

regardless, i think as a skier i'm pretty appreciative that someone stepped up and did this, i just hope people come out and show their support

dbchili > thanks for understanding our vision! We're not from wealthy backgrounds and invested pretty much everything we have to create a place and build a community.

We definitely looked into prices of lift tickets at local resorts, and we also factored in travel time, gas money, waiting in lift lines & on-chair time.
Our hopes is that everyone will understand our situation and also the value we are providing in our pricing strategy.

In the future when it is possible we would love to offer more features but also discounted rates =) all in due time
