A_deprived_skierpractice presses on my lawn.
ben.bodetttrampoline, for sure. thats like the best way to learn tricks. if there is a trampoline park like skyzone, or just a regular gymnastics place with some supertramps, thats the best way to practice jumps.
A_deprived_skierI am going over to Canada in Late November/Early December to see family and hopefully get to have a cheeky shred. Still trash at park 'n' shit and was wondering what ways you guys use to get better over the summer. I've just been trying to keep fit by bike riding, gym and strapping on my skis and practices presses on my lawn. Any tips would be sick. Cheers

brendthis is the only way that will help
J_Si heard a rumor that it only works on your front lawn though, :(
GORILLAWALLACEwell you're australian and summer is winter so just go ski u fuckin drugo
DekerzThis. If you do not have a tramp there are many trampoline parks all around. even if you are not working on a specific trick, you gain better air awareness.
A_deprived_skierI really want to learn 3's this season, is there anything to do on tramps that would help a lot?

OSUSkiandBoardMy go to summer training usually consists of trampoline, rock climbing (good full body and core work), lifting, doing cardio to stay in shape, slacklining, and something else i do somewhat often that I feel helps a bit with the coordination and feeling of spinning with rails. What I do/teach is cruises up to a ledge on a longboard, jump off the board and spin landing on the ledge, then spin off to land back on the board. I especially find this a good coordination exercise once you get comfortable, start spinning and going faster.
