Pretty sure app has been around a while but it's called 'SpotDigger'. Although it's designed for skateboarders or snowboarders, there is nothing different about using it as a skier.
The problem is that this app has never been used much and therefore there is not many spots actually mapped. With some more use and exposure this could be crazy helpful for trying to scout urban.
