That was actually the year I started at Newschoolers. Crazy shit man.

I'd love to have an email ending in "@newschoolers.com"
We retired that because the company that offered free email hosting was super shitty and wanted to start charging for it.
As well, it was tricky to have thousands of people out there with "official" @newschoolers.com addresses. Caused a lot of headaches with people pretending to be on staff and what not.
One thing that could be possible is to offer email forwards (because our email service would suck in comparison to gmail) of our Shortened URL - [yourname]@ns.ski.

Yeah.. you can tell how fresh it was because it was still Graffiti inspired. That means graphics designers and corporates weren't (fully?) on board. I personally think graffiti is too try-hard. I prefer default computer fonts and rough cut-outs.

Yeah, I know nothing about the graf world, I just thought that if you showed some manager the logo, they'd associate with vandalism and thug-life and prohibit it.. wait, if they were clued-in they'd probably accept it because of its user appeal.
If you look at Burton reverting to their original logo, you see how they're trying to project some og image. NASA have done the same.
Personally I like the graf logo, but it could be re-done better by another graffiti artist, as a sort of 2.0.
