rballs_don't lean back lol...when doing flat ground backflips, i always think of jumping UP rather than jumping/leaning back to set your flip. I used to just lean back and do them and almost wrekt myself multiple times. Jump up, you need the height to get the flip around.

supermagician__i doubt anyones going to be ending their season with mid summer flat ground backflip attempts any time soon, but hey.
dustygoldflakesLast year I witnessed a really talented kid throw a double on a tramp. This kid had done many doubles before and he landed wrong one time and fucked up his spine real badly. Not being negative but it can and does happen.
