lgwardpersonally, i've got mixed feelings about this guy. i mean his music is insanely smooth and i love his beats, but to me, g's lyricism is almost never compelling or impressive. it just doesn't flow as well in my mind as his instrumentals do.

CaptainObvious.I don't know if it's whack, I think a lot of it is just lack of exposure. If you're not seeking out the lesser known stuff you won't find it. I'm no different. I don't put in the time and work to really find stuff. Most of what I listen to that's not more mainstream is because I stumbled upon it by happenstance or I found it by threads like these.
Black Kray is new for me. So now I'm listening to it.

I can't stand 99% of the garbage I hear on the radio, especially Drake. I used to mainly listen to rap but really got away from it over the last few years cause I found it so bad with the exception of a few good songs. I wouldn't mind putting together a good playlist to ski to this year!
