Why does A-Hall not ride Candide's? Aren't they a much better ski than Faction's other models?

Bc his blood type is 0-, and since everyone knows Candides is b+ they're not compatible with the same skis.

Probably because faction wants to sell the ski that he's riding, it may even be a candide ski with a different top sheet, you imbecile.

i don't know the different faction skis very well, but stuff like that happens sometimes. two i can think of off the top of my head are how Jp auclair used to the ride the 720s (the price point version of the 1080s like 15 years ago) sometimes and mike hornbeck used to use the el reys sometimes

in some cases im sure the company has it that way to market different skis, but also, people have all kinds of different preferences and levels of caring about what skis theyre on. it's easy on forums and shit to get carried away with putting way too much emphasis on skis, specs, and tech. most skis ride pretty freakin similar when it comes down to it

Exactly. Especially when you're getting a free pair every time you break them it's not a big deal that you're riding a lower price/lower performance ski when you prefer certain advantages that the lower performance ski offers.

Apparently the cloud core that is all the rage in the Candide line doesn't actually ride all that well (at least that'swhy ON3P doesn't use it).

A narrow park ski is already going to be light, he probably prefers the flex.

Ive actually wondered this too since every other park rider on faction uses candides, what are the ones ahall uses? that topsheet has been the same for the past two years

I use the Idiom. A New ski that's super sick! They ride big jumps really well and are mad light. Sometimes i will use the 1.0's when im just cruising though. Also it's kinda the only ski that rides long enough for me cause im 6'4 haha

people say this but i really dont think tall skiers are that rare, even in the park scene. i think you guys just like the excuse ;)
