Replying to Skiing in College

Theres probably already been a forum like this that I couldn't find already so I'm just gonna make a new one. Living on the east coast I don't get to ski nearly enough for my liking, especially this season where my home mountain in Jersey didn't open until late December-early January and closed multiple times throughout winter. I wanna go to college out west to ski more and eventually live out there if everything works out and was wondering if anyone, from the east especially, went to college out there, how much they were able to ski in college, what schools are good for skiing a lot, what it was like, etc.
