A truck drove into a crowd and so far 74 people are dead and over 100 have been injured. Also sounds like the truck may have had guns and grenades in it. Being called a terrorist attack.
Ugh... Just brutal. After the November attacks, I wonder what the fallout is going to be? Whether or not there were actual weapons in the truck, the fact that anyone can go rent a truck and then drive over crowds of people is telling how easy it is to inflict harm on people. Doesn't need to be complicated to be devastating.
