Nobody I know, but saw a dad with his kid on a harness who must have been 10 or 12!! Most ridiculous thing I've ever seen. I felt so bad for that kid. Parents can make or break a kids chances of ever being cool, so at least give them a fighting chance!!

Don't judge on that, a lot of parents use them for mentally or physically disabled older children.

I'm not like that. I didn't think of that and you're right you never know if that is the case, although I don't think it was. Just saying it doesn't help a kid not get teased.

All good, I had a friend who had to use one.
But other than that everyone keep teasing people who ski in jeans and or starter jackets
Lifty told me that I couldn't ski without baskets on my poles. He let me take one more run, so I took advantage of it. I skied back down to the same lift and tossed my poles at the lifty shack while yelling "Now can I ski!?"
Pretty much got dragged away from the hill, totally deserved it. I was an asshole when I was 10.
Just remembered this, on my first day of skiing with my friends (who are seasoned skiers) I forgot a ton of my equipment like my goggles and my helmet among other things... Had to borrow some stuff from them. I also forgot to bring a lunch that day... Yeah...
eh depends. Theres a bar at my home mountain at the second, shittier lodge that sells you a massive thing of nachos for 5 bucks. Comes with free drink for season pass holders.
Now that i live in tahoe its all about those pocket granola bars.
joseph.lewandowsWearing goggles over my helmet and not knowing what a k-fed was. I was a little dumb when i was 11
I wouldn't really consider wearing goggles over your helmet a mistake, unless it looks completely retarded. I've done goggles both over and under helmets that I have owned and I've done whatever is most comfortable for that particular helmet, it's always looked fine.
I skied into a lift line rope that i didnt see. And i literally stuck my ski tip into the ground right at the "keep your tips up" sign... on a powder day.
