Get 19 of your friends and tell them to give you 10 loads of their semen to sell. Then tell them that you will pay them back after the 'artificial insemenation company' pays you. You can also sell 10 loads of your semen. That makes for 200 loads of semen. I hear they can go for up to $20/load at some places. That means you can have a full take of $4,000. Simply pay your 'workers' for $11/load and then you'll have $2,000 and everyone is happy.
