Replying to Perisher then Silver Star clothing??

So pretty much, I'm 14, I live in Australia, love skiing pow and am learning park. So our school on the Sunshine Coast (AU) is doing a snow trip down perisher. I've been skiing in Canada for around 11 years but my kit is starting to get a bit small and I'll have grown out of it by the time we go to Perisher in September. I just wanted to get your opinions on what kind of jackets and pants would be good for use on both hills. I am about 6 foot (181cm) and 180 pounds (80ish kg).
