Ski size help

I am about 5'6" and was thinking about getting the faction candide 2.0 skis but I am having trouble determining what size would be right for me. I would use them for park and powder and I don't know which size would be better for doing everything.

for pow I generally go to my height or a little longer. If you're in the trees a lot go with the shorter length.

Everybody on NS will recommend the longer size no matter what... but if you are using them for powder, that's the right choice.

If you're an intermediate to advanced skier, the 172. The early rise in the tip and tail is going to help make the ski feel shorter while you're just cruising around but the added length will help you drive turns and float in pow better than the 166.

what's your weight? and are you still growing? If you're a tiny 5'6 and are done growing then maybe the shorter option would suite if you're doing mostly park. If you've got some weight or are still growing then definitely the 172.

I'm still growing and I'm like 120 lbs and ill be spending the majority of my time in the park but i would use it for deep days and outside the park. kinda like my daily driver
