Ninthward skis

Sorry if this is a repost, I searchbarred and didn't find anything.

I was just wondering what people think of ninthward. I know people used worship them back in the thug era, but are they still the same quality as they are known for? Can anybody who has bought a pair since the relaunch fill me in?

The new ones are built in the never summer factory. Sooo I think they'd be quality skis.

They used to get decent reviews back in the day. I just don't see how anyone can trust the company after the miserable downfall they went through and how they screwed over a fair amount of people. They need to rebuild their reputation and prove they can be competent from a business standpoint before I would ever consider a pair of them.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure it's a whole new owner and company just using the same name and the og design,

I don't really know the new company story but if I was the business owner I would change the name ninthward screwed over a lot of people

I have a Pair of RDS pros from like 2010 and they were bombproof (survived like 4 seasons at Crested Butte). However your taking a gamble with Nine's. Youll either get a great pair or they will fall apart in a week and there is no reason or rhyme to why. Also I would not get another pair cause they are heavy, sluggish and not up to par with current technology...

Pretty sure the new nines aren't constructed the same as old ones, just the same logo and name but new ski made in the never summer factory
