HEAD SKI COACH- WINDELLS ACADEMY


Windells Academy is committed to changing the lives of amazing young people through academics, skiing, snowboarding, skateboarding, and unique life experiences.

The Head Ski Coach will be responsible for running an exceptional training program providing opportunities for athletes of all levels to exceed their goals and expectations. The successful candidate will work alongside Academy President Chris Hargrave and newly appointed Director of Performance Bud Keene to develop and implement training and competition focuses and schedules for Academy athletes.

They will work with student-athletes as a coach and mentor. They are responsible for the development of our student’s character, setting and measuring student goals, supporting students academically when needed, traveling the world while caring for our athletes, and collaborating with our team to build something special through this program.

We are looking for a coach with at least 2 years of leadership/coaching experience in a similar program, proven results with athletes, appropriate certifications from such organizations as AASI/USASA/USSA, the ability to recruit new athletes, and the organizational skills needed to manage a travel budget. They will need to have at least a high school diploma while college experience is a plus.
