Rodeo 5 Trampoline help

I am working on my rodeo 5's and was wondering if i am doing it correctly. Any tips would help.

looks kind of like a lincoln with a 180 at the end but every flip looks the same on household trampolines. if you drop your shoulder back more rather than straight down it might look more rodeo-ey.

I just figured them out a few weeks ago what I did was took a flat 3 but really commit for a safety/japanish grab and get my feet a little higher and at the 3 spotting my landing and puling it through with my shoulders.

If you spin left, throw your left shoulder up and dip your right shoulder and throw down with your right arm. That will help you set the rotation and 5's are the easiest. To get to 7 just throw your arm even harder across your body

just throw a misty 5 but less flippy and more spinny

I was just practicing these the other day focus on flipping less, think of your head as a pivot point and rotate your feet around it. Your feet should never go over your head but rather they should orbit above it.

it kind of looks like you're flipping sideways so try setting more back like a flat 3 and rotating that extra 180 for the 5?
