Replying to One Ski Quiver

JayMobilia:
Hey Newschoolers,
Next winter I am driving cross country from Boston to San Francisco and hitting a bunch of mountains along the way.

I am looking for an all-mountain, one ski quiver type of ski and am wondering if anyone had any insights on which would be better for the job, or if anyone has any personal thoughts on the skis I've been looking at.

The skis that have caught my eye include:

K2 Shreditor 102
ON3P Kartel 106
Moment PB&J
J Skis The Metal
Faction Chapter 106

About me: I've been skiing for 16 years and am looking to challenge myself on the trip. I want to be able to see as much of the mountain as possible, but want something that can handle big bowls and back country. I'll be spending a lot of time out of the park, but wouldn't mind going for a few laps. I'm 5'9" so I'm looking for a 175-178 ski and from 100-108 underfoot. I will be likely be skiing at Keystone, Alta, Jackson Hole, Sun Valley, and Big Sky. I'll also spend the end of my season at Squaw and Mammoth.
