For about a year now I have been filming a trail running video about Hong Kong. If you didn't know HK is known for its crazy skyline a busting city life. However what most people dont realise s that HK is also home to a lot of country parks. This video is to show trail running in HK but also to show that HK has a lot more to offer than what is seems from the outside. It's taken so long to film, mainly because if anyone knows much about HK... its not very clear due to pollution from China. So we spent a long time waiting for the perfect weather and time it in with both our schedules.
