Abasin park?

Never been but I know from earlier this season they had a setup (early season)

3maniaDo they have anything set up this year. Last year they had a little set up at the top of the Black mt. quad. They seem to be pretty anti park these days, too bad. They used to have a sick set up 5-6 years ago.

I didn't pay enough attention to upper park today, but the BML mini-park they had:

Box Line:
6ft long table top
Down box
Flat-up

Rail Line:
short down rail (8ft?)
Flat-ish tube (15ft?)
can't remember last feature but I think it was a longer down rail


And a couple shitty jumps to skier's right. 4 years ago in upper park they had a really good jump line. Not sure why that died.

I figured I could give a little update here. Currently we still have two parks, High Divide (the park at the top of BMX) is pretty much as listed above last feature in the rail line is our Flat Down Single Barrel Rail. Treeline Park is a little bit bigger this year we have:

Down Tube
Down Box
Flat down Double Barrel rail
Up Down Box
C Rail
Picnic Table
Mini Hip with a Stall
Up Tower Tube to spine to Down Tower Tube
Down 30 Rail

We have been trying to switch stuff up weekly but with some tough weather conditions and some staffing issues the switch ups sometimes get a little delayed. I would also just like to say that we are not "anti park." I know the last few seasons we have downsized our bigger park, mainly not building the jumps that we used to have. The zone that the park is in is extremely flat and actually is even uphill in a few spots, that mixed in with a decrease in snowmaking for that park has made us rethink our plan. Believe me, no one wants those jumps back more than the guys on our crew, but at the same time we need to put the snow where it will benefit us and we can get the most out of it. We also figured that we have plenty of natural areas to go jump off. Well, with all that out of the way let me just say we're staying open full time until June 5th and we will be keeping some sort of features in until the end. Then we will go onto some weekends and we will be able to take some weekdays to build some new setups for you guys. Hope we see you guys out there.
