Inground Trampoline?

I'm getting a new trampoline soon. It is the sky walker 9x15 rectangle one, I've heard it's got a pretty good bounce. I am going to be putting it in the ground and was wondering if anyone has any experience with inground trampolines. I was wondering if it will effect the bounce at all and if there are some tips on how to ventilate it properly. I currently have a small 8 foot round trampoline in the ground and it has a very bad bounce and feels very stiff and hurts my back if I use it too long. Any tips on how to make the inground trampoline have a better bounce?

Honestly your problems with your current trampoline are probably that it's a kind of shitty 8 footer, and not that it's in the ground. I think you'll be fine honestly.

My friend just dug a whole in his backyard for his circular tramp. I think he just made sure the base was sturdy and packed. He also puts wood planks under the feet of the tramp so it doesnt go through the dirt with each bounce. If you take the net off I recommend getting some foam pads to put around. I always travel bounce and shoot off into surrounding shrubs.

my buddy had a 7x15 that was set up on a slope next to a wooden fence. It insured for good bails

idk where you live, but if you don't create drainage, you will essentially be a mosquito nesting ground. Id put gravel or something and sand in the bottom to keep it draining and make sure you dig deeper than you expect
