NS desktop uploader not working

When attempting to upload my edit, I got "IO error. Check your internet connection" although I am definitely connected to the internet. Can anyone help?

Did you update adobe air? what version of adobe air are you using and what version of the uploader?

If its under 800mb you can use the web uploader, if its not get back to me and we'll figure out the desktop uploader.

I realized my problem, my projects 5.6something gigs, and the max for the uploader is 5, although the error was about my internet connection, not the size. My friend put this video together for me and I don't really know much about editing/video properties but it's only a 2 and a half minute edit so how would other edits get uploaded that are much longer? Is there a way to compress it?

And I just downloaded adobe air so I'm assuming its the most up to date version

Yeah a two and a half minute video should only be like 150mb. Have your friend compress it as an h264 mp4, sounds like it's prores 444 or some other uncompressed format .
