So this evening whilst having dinner with my fam watching some japanese tv show as I usually do, we chose to watch 'YOUは何しに日本へ?' which translates to 'Why did you come to Japan,' basically interviewers interviews random foreigners in Japanese airports and follows them if they have permission on their trip through Japan. Pretty popular show in Japan, shown every monday 7 till 8pm, prime time tv show. Pretty cool show tbh.
Mid-way through the show and I saw a familiar face, Sami Ortlieb. After a brief interview and a couple minutes later, Will Wesson Rob Heule appeared. At this moment I was stoked and tried to explain my parents who they were but only told me off and told me to shut up and eat my rice in true asian manner.
Thought it was pretty cool seeing recognizable athletes just randomly appear on especially foreign tv shows. Pretty bummed the interviewer didn't ask to follow their tripm would of been hella cool.
