M.MPatience and pop those are your two biggest things to focu on. Don't throw it too flippy either just throw a 7 with your hips forward and shoulders square. remember it's more of a spin not a flip.
I disagree about the 20-30 foot jump though. Do it on the biggest jump you're most comfortable with. In my opinion the more air time the easier. I did my first on a ~70' and it was really nice being able to see where you are and not just spinning blindly. Warm up with a straight 7 if ya want too
