How expensive is it to snowflex a mountain (or park)? My mountain has dirt knolls so they only have to build the jumps on them and cover the dirt. We have 60 footers in the big line. Would it be possible to roll the snowflex out like carpet and then operate in the summer? The material used at liberty is also very preferable to mSnow or Nevplast because you don't completely wreck yourself whenever you crash.
Also the speed is different so it would be hard to have something that worked for both summer and winter at that size.
Also it would massively surprise me if any mountain was trying to do that with there jumpline.
You would have the issue of having carpet that you paid at least a million for under the snow. You could beef the knuckles up the same way you do with the dirt work anyway but when moving snow around you ever dove the blade in or even went through and put the tracks all over it I don't think it would be good.
For the most part snowflex is only used places that don't get snow, or at training facilities for the summer like woodward etc.
Idk, it just isn't reasonable financially for mountains to do something like this.
