Saddleback mountain

Any word on saddleback? Me and my family have a house right next to saddleback and it really sucked last year when they didn't open. I've heard that they are getting a new chair lift and owner, but will they be open next year?

haven't heard anything since February when they said they weren't gonna open, heard the potential buyer back out a month or two ago
