Freestyle skis

So I recently bought some Rossignol smash 7 skis to get into free skiing, the guy at the store told me that they would be good skis for me to start on. My question is, how will these skis work for me as I get better? Keep in mind I've ridden them twice and am capable of hitting box's and jumps and they're working great.
