First of all that's not even Siracha. Secondly that's tobasco chipotle. I used to use a shit ton of tobasco in tomato juice as a Virgin Caesar. Not really that hot.

There is more than one way to make a Caesar(I don't like Worcestershire sauce and from time to time I would use either Tomato juice or Clamato). I used to do it because I was trying to cut back on drinking alcohol and this was a good substitute. Just talking about them is making me want one now...
