Replying to FS: Homemade winch

I made this winch a few years ago, but never really used it and got it dialed. I originally made it for wakeskating, so it should go 20-30 mph. You could get a different sprocket size to make it go faster for big ski hits. Centrifugal clutch. It has been sitting around for years now. I made the spool side plates out of steel for some dumb reason so they got rusted. It would be a good idea to replace them. 600 ft rope. The engine should be good to go enough though it has been sitting. They are pretty basic and resilient. Maybe give it an oil change. Located in SLC. $300
