I work in my local cart barn (washing carts, checking in and out, picking the range) and it gets slow at times. Anybody have cart barn stories or things to do while there is nothing going on? Im bored. Also, how to deal with coworkers that are old and don't do anything...

I was at the International in Bolton last year most days were pretty chill other than public outings where there would be a 250+ person two course shotgun at like 9:00, and we would have to have all the cart lined up and ready to go an hour or so before that. On slow days the move was to smoke and go hit balls out of the woods and long grass at the driving range

It sounds to me like you have your first assignment. You need to figure out why that sentence was grammatically incorrect, as well as how to correct it.

Leading up to college life, I worked summers at my local golf course. One summer I was the cart bitch, then pro shop, then on the grounds crew. When I was working carts/range, you really have a lot of time to yourself, so just got to manage it and keep your brain busy. Older guys expect younger ones to be lazy, so prove them wrong (work hard) and you will often win their respect. It also helps if you are better than them, so work on your game too.
