Brand new. Literally. I bought it on a whim and it doesn't fit me. Now I can't return it cause it was slightly discounted and they only take returns on full price purchases.

One thing to note, Saga has false advertising on their site. The hood is not lined with Mesa print. It's lined with black synthetic saga logos.
