If you're like me and winters long gone you turn to your tramp to do your tricks. I've had so much trouble doing cork 7s I rage every time I try one. I always end up doing a bio 7 or a bio 5 if I think about it. When I don't I do a Lincoln loop and fall on my side. Any tips to keep me looking back?
You want to drop your inside shoulder back, not forward. When you bring it to a jump it's going to be a lot nicer throwing with the takeoff of the jump rather than against it.
