GORILLAWALLACEpick hobbies based on how cool other people think they are.
JoshWongWho cares. it's fun. And gay marriage is legal now. So get a pair and get a pair
baitI tried it once, but every time I afterbanged, I slipped out and landed on my back. Do not recomend.
CahalDo it! I got into blading a couple summers ago and I have to say it's way harder than it looks. But I found myself getting pretty involved in the whole community and its full of rad people. Check out some of dima Makrushins edits from life steeze media. Gets me stoked every time.
Swandog7While on the topic, who here actually blades that could recommend a decent pair of blades? Used to play roller hockey so I can skate really well, forward and backwards, just cant do any tricks.

a_pla5tic_bagProblem is when you're starting out it won't make too much of a difference. If you're coming from ski boots, everything is going to feel way too flexy and unsupportive. If you're in the US and look on rollerwarehouse and aggressivemall, the have plenty of stuff. How much you are willing to spend is a better place to start. Bear in mind unless you have people to skate with, skating by yourself gets old kind of fast.
MinggYour Blade Lyfe edit from last summer gets me so hyped haha I wanna get better at it this summer!
Swandog7Hockey roller blades and hockey skates in general on pretty floppy. I won't have an issue at all. Whats a decent pair go for? Don't want to spend over $100 but looked around on rollerwarehouse and was finding $300 pairs
erikKBuy a skateboard. What the fuck is wrong with you?
a_pla5tic_bagOh I missed the part about where you can apparently skate? That changes things, it's liek if you can't actually ski and can only do tricks. It's way better if you can actually skate and do tricks.
Pretty sure your being sarcastic? I'm just saying I'm not a huge newb. I can basically ski runs but for like blades. I just can't do any tricks in the park, or street park. I was just seeing if that would help for recommendations man. Sorry if it sounded cocky or whatever
