J_SIt's definitely no Windells, but I enjoy it a ton. This summer is my 3rd year.
All I really have to say is try not to get in trouble for doing something bad, because most people regret it when they realize they screwed up an opportunity to be employed there as a counselor or camper staff.
Also the coaches might call you out for skiing without a helmet, so bring one. (liability I guess?)

J_SUsually like half of the campers are racers, but most of them do their own thing. The park kids are really chill and they won't give you any crap if you're not as good as them. As for the coaches, i'm not sure. You'd have to contact them for that one.

J_SIn park, there's normally a few 12 or 13 year olds, and then most people are 15-19. You should be fine.
