Ski Hostel in Breckenridge

I am currently in the the beginning stages of creating a Hostel in the Breckenridge/ Summit county area. The idea is a Europe style hostel for college/ young people who are looking for a low cost place to stay up in the mountains. I am wondering what amenities you would want to see and any advice you may have.

I would go check out the hostel in Crested Butte. They do a great job.

It is impossible to fight the "no skis in the room" policy so don't fight it, encourage it.

where exactly do you plan on having the hostel? cuz last time i checked breck was a little short on land/abandoned motels.

this hostel in breck already exists and it has crazy good reviews. good luck trying to beat their business model. this place is insane. check it out.

anyone ever stayed at the bivvi?

Yeah me, it was quiet and clean and it's 5 mins walk from clubs & bars on Main.

OP I would put it close to the bus terminal in Frisco. People can easily get to whatever ski area on the Summit Co buses, shuttles from Denver stop right there, and there's a Wal mart and dispensaries in the area.

Wifi, storage lockers, linens included, some sort of lounge area, refrigerator, microwave, a basic breakfast (free or really cheap), and curtains for the beds are a nice addition too. This is what I recommend after staying in a few european hostels the last couple weeks. Are you targeting lower budget customers?

I stayed recently in an Airbnb walking distance to the lift at beck for $70 a night

the place in breck aint no hostel, its a low key 4 star condos. literally, although they state it as hostel (its super sick though)
