Replying to Save a life?

There is a 24 year old mother of a three year old boy in Vancouver, 5.5 hours from me, who is on stage 5 kidney failure. She has been on dialysis 3 times a week for two years. Two people have gotten tested and weren't the right blood type. She needs a donor with O+ blood to donate in order to stay alive. I know from donating blood that I'm O+...I don't know what to do. I don't know what happens to me after with skiing and mountain biking, if those are too dangerous with one kidney, but if I don't, and she doesn't get another donor, I know the end game. Please help. I dont know enough about this subject to make a good decision. I don't know anyone this has happened to.
